The Toronto Blue Jays enjoyed a day to remember as they recorded as 4-3 win over the Boston Red Sox yesterday.

The hero of the hour was Ken Giles who retired Rafael Denvers at the end of the ninth to secure the win.

Giles also secured his 19th save in 20 opportunities to end the Jays longest winless run of the season.

There was also back to back strikes for Giles. While the runs were scored by Reese McGuire, Rowdy Tellez and Cavan Biggio for the Jays.

The Jays went into the lead through Tellez in the fifth. This was only his 18th homer of the season.
