Toronto Raptors 108 Milwaukee Bucks 115

The 2020-2021 season has turned into a war of attrition.

COVID-19 protocols and injuries have made this season a struggle for the Raptors who took on the Bucks on Wednesday night.

Without the services of OG Anunoby Toronto put Norman Powell into the starting lineup.

Powell excelled in the start, scoring a game high 26 points in 41 minutes of play.

Norms performance was all for naught as the Raptors could not contain the Bucks without OG.

Giannis torched the Raptors on Wednesday for 24 points and 18 rebounds in 38 minutes.

The Raptors put up a good fight but the Bucks were too much for the struggling Raptors.

Milwaukee dominated Toronto on the boards out rebounding the Raptors by 13, adding 14 offensive rebounds as well.

Toronto struggled to score in the paint against the size of the Bucks. Toronto managed just 26 points in the paint on Wednesday night.

There was one bright spot against the Bucks as Kyle Lowry became the third Raptor in history to score 10,000 career points.

Lowry not sits third in scoring in franchise history.

With the loss the Raptors fall to 7-11 on the season and sit in 11th place in the eastern conference.

It has been a rough start to the season for the Raptors who have struggled to perform consistently. With that being said the Raptors are still just one game out of a playoff spot.

The Raptors will now turn their attention to the Sacramento Kings.

Toronto will continue its three game home-stand when they take on the Kings on Friday night.

Tip off is set for 7:30pm EST.
