Toronto Raptors 117 Brooklyn Nets 92

The Raptors knew game three was a pivotal one and it showed on Friday.

Toronto dominated from the tip and never wavered as they took a 3-0 series lead over the Brooklyn Nets.

The NBA’s reigning most improved player and NBA all-star Pascal Siakam lead the way for Toronto pouring in 26 points on Friday.

Siakam shot a blazing 47 per cent from the floor in game three and was a plus 23 on the night.

Siakam was not the only Raptor who played well in game theee.

Serge Ibaka and Fred VanVleet added 20 and 22 points a piece as well in game three.

Kyle Lowry had a near triple double on Friday as the Raptors leader finished the night with 11 points 10 rebound and 7 assists.

Lowry was also a plus 27 on the night leading all players in that category.

In a total team effort Toronto demoralized the Nets.

The Nets who were without the services of Joe Harris as he left the bubble for personal matter struggled.

Harris’s ability to space the floor and knock down shots was certainly missed in game three.

The Raptors smothered the Nets with their defence hold Brooklyn to just 33 per cent shooting from the floor.

Toronto also defended the three well as Brooklyn shot just 31 percent.

The Raptors dominated on the glass in game three as well, out rebounding the Nets by 14.

Toronto scored 46 points in the paint in game three while hold Brooklyn to just 22 points in the paint.

With the win Toronto takes a commanding 3-0 lead in the series.

Toronto will look to close out the Nets in game four on Sunday.

Tip off is set for 6:30pm EST.
