Toronto Raptors beat the Indiana Pacers 119-118
The Toronto Raptors went down to the wire against the Pacers Wednesday night at Scotiabank Arena.
With just 30 seconds left in the game and the Raptors down 2, Serge Ibaka made a three to lift the Raps to victory.
The Raptors have now won 12 games in row, setting a new franchise record.
Toronto trailed for most of the night against the Pacers, but came out hot in the second half, and were able to seal the deal late.
Led by the Raptors big three of Lowry, Siakam and Ibaka the Raptors pulled out the win late against Indiana.
Kyle Lowry finished with a team high 32 points while adding 8 rebounds and 9 assists.
Pascal Siakam had 25 points in the game while Serge Ibaka finished with 30 points.
The Raptors dominated in the paint out scoring Indiana 56 to 34.
Indiana shot a blazing 48.7% from behind the arc, making it very tough on the Raptors defence.
Leading scorers for Indiana were Malcom Brogdon and Justin Holiday who finished with 24 and 22 points respectfully.
Toronto was able to force the Pacers into 18 turnover in the game, scoring 27 points from those turnovers.
The Raptors were once again out rebounded in the game, giving up 8 offensive rebounds to the Pacers while being out rebounded 42-37.
With the trade deadline just a day away, one would think that if the Raptors were going to add any pieces it would be to help with rebounding.
The Raptors will now head to Indiana for another meeting with the Pacers on Friday night.
