On the second night of a back to back without Pascal Siakam Toronto came up short against the Pacers.
The Raptors who have been playing better lately after a slow start to the season, struggled offensively against Indiana on Monday night.
The Raptors shot just 40 per cent from the field while shooting 36 per cent from three.
While Toronto did not have its best offensive night the defensive was not much better.
Toronto gave up 129 points to the Pacers, allowing Indiana to shoot 51 per cent from the floor.
Malcom Brogdan led the way for the Pacers, pouring in 36 points while adding 8 assists and 7 rebounds.
Jeremy Lamb would also add 22 points off the bench for the Pacers whose hot shooting and dominance inside troubled the Raptors on Monday.
Indiana out-rebounded the Raptors 45-39 while scoring 46 points in the paint.
Fred VanVleet was the high man for the Raptors scoring 25 points in 35 minutes of action.
Kyle Lowry made his return to the lineup on Monday after sitting out with a foot injury.
Lowry struggled in his return scoring just 12 points. Kyle was also ejected from the game in the final minutes after arguing a call.
With the loss Toronto now falls to 7-10 on the season and sit 9th in the eastern conference.
Toronto will now head back to Tampa for a three game home-stand.
The Raptors will look to rebound from their tough loss to Indiana when they take on the Bucks on Wednesday.
Tip off is set for 7:30pm EST.
