Toronto Blue Jays 8, New York Yankees 2

The recent upturn in the fortunes of the Toronto Blue Jays continued last night as they secured an 8-2 win over the New York Yankees.

There were two home runs for Teoscar Hernandez. Sean Reid-Foley was also a commanding presence as he went deep for the Jays.

The Jays were also strengthened by further home runs scored by Randal Grinchuk and Danny Jansen.

The four game series has now concluded with the team locked at even.

Neither side would be too disheartened by that record as there is so much more for these teams to build on.

Foley was the man to claim the win for the Jays as he allowed just the solitary win during his five hits.

Peace,

Burke.
