The Columbus Crew exacted their revenge after being shutout by Toronto FC earlier in the month. The Crew put two past goalkeeper Alex Bono before the 25th minute and Toronto was unable to recover. Ayo Akinola cut the lead in half just after the break, but that was as close as The Reds would get in the tight match.

As the calendar flips to June, Toronto is hoping that they can flip their fortunes as well. They went 1-1-3 for the month and now find themselves stuck in the basement of the MLS Eastern Conference Table. Toronto now has a 3-week break to try and address their issues before hosting a game with Orlando later in the month. Fans are ready to see what adjustments the team makes.
