It seems like there has been very little to cheer for as of late with the Toronto Raptors. Having only won one of their last 14 games, the Toronto Raptors look to be in a nose dive for the bottom of the NBA’s Eastern Conference. With Cade Cunningham announcing his eligibility for the 2021 NBA draft earlier this week, it looks as though the Raptors are eyeing some top rookie talent heading into next year’s season.

So, what is there to look forward to now? Well, tonight the Toronto Raptors finally get the chance to dawn their NBA ‘Earned’ Jerseys, an extra jersey design granted to last year’s playoff teams. These purple and black Raptors with face off with the equally peculiar Golden State Warriors who also have to decide what their expectations are for this season. With the Minnesota pick in hand, the Warriors could be looking to make a big splash in 2022 with Klay’s return.

Catch scorching Gary Trent Jr. and the Raptors starting five tonight at 7PM EST on SN1, SNE, and SNO.

Right when you think the Toronto Raptors couldn’t pull out any more surprises, the Tampa-based team dropped a 130-77 win over the Curry-less, Green-less Golden State Warriors. Despite the atrocious purple and black uniforms, the Raptors set a new franchise record for victory margin with a 53 final point difference.

Turning 27 earlier today, Pascal Siakam set the tone and pace for the Raptors historic victory with a 23-point first half performance. Finishing the game with a 36/7/5 stat line, Siakam’s performance paved the way for equally impressive showings from Trent Jr. and Anunoby.

Gary Trent Jr. continues to shine on the Toronto Raptors. Following his career-high 31-point game on Wednesday, Trent Jr. put up 24 points on 57% shooting and 67% from three.
