Last night I participated in the opening of Hanging Pictures On My Wall an Art Installation curated by Naskademi a Montreal based Canadian Photographer.
Located at 952 Queen St W, Naskademi carefully constructed a bedroom set up complete with wallpaper like tapestry of hip hop and r&b artists from the golden era of the 1990’s.
Last, the installation was complete with a merchandise section where ICNY printed custom t-shirts and snkrbox by Jason Burke featured five select sneakers from the 1990s including rare Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan VI’s, Air Jordan XI’s, Converse and a Bathing Ape.
