Making it to the gym daily for strength training is a challenge. So much so that I try to workout indoors three times a week instead of daily. I find when I get to the gym every two days versus daily I’m more focused and don’t get into a rut.
At Forme Fitness, I’m enrolled in the group sessions because I prefer to work out in groups. I find working out in groups is good for motivation and socializing with others looking to achieve the same goals. What I especially like about group sessions is that they are 45 min long and the trainers at Forme Fitness customize the groups each week to add complexity to the routine.
Above, I’m doing a single arm shoulder press. At first glance it looks easy but it’s really one exercise in a seven exercise series that’s makes it tiring because we repeat the series four times in one class.
